BCST Second-Hand Snow Gear Sale – Terms and conditions

The 2nd Hand Snow Gear Sale is a fundraiser for the Bright College Snowsports Team (BCST).

1. Registration Registration is via this app only. Registration opens on 10th May 2026. You must complete registration and list your items in the app by midnight on Wednesday 20th May 2026. Late registrations will not be accepted.

2. Item drop-off You must bring your items to the Community Centre on Burke Street on Friday 22nd May 2026 between 4pm–7pm. In the app, the BCST team will mark each item as accepted or rejected and will mark your drop-off as complete. You can view which items were accepted or rejected in the app. Items are then placed on sale on behalf of you by BCST.

3. Commission BCST will take 25% commission on each item that sells. Your listed price includes this commission; you receive the remainder when you collect payment for sold items.

4. Condition of items All items must be clean and presentable. BCST reserves the right to reject items (for example, used gloves or goggles may not be accepted). Rejected items and reasons (if provided) are shown in the app.

5. Sale The sale takes place on Saturday 23rd May 2026 between 9am–11am. Sales and payments are managed by BCST (and may be recorded in the app in future).

6. Pick-up and payment You must collect payment for any sold items and collect any unsold items from the Community Centre on Burke Street on Saturday 23rd May 2026 between 12pm–1pm. Your vendor number and item list in the app (or any printed vendor item list) serve as your record; bring them when you collect.

7. If you do not collect If you do not collect monies and unsold items by 12pm–1pm on Saturday 23rd May 2026, they will be forfeited and become the property of BCST.

8. Liability BCST takes no responsibility for any items entered into the sale or for any items sold or purchased at the sale. BCST accepts no returns and recommends that buyers seek professional assistance to fit and tune any skis or snowboards purchased at the sale.

9. Donations BCST appreciates any items donated for sale.
